Lately, I’ve been really focusing on my health. Stress has been a factor, and it led to some unexpected weight loss, which actually helped reset my eating habits. I’m seeing it as a fresh start for getting back into shape and making healthier choices.

I’ve had a juicer for a while now, but, honestly, I haven’t been using it as much as I should. So, I’ve decided to commit to making it a regular part of my routine. I’m also a big coffee drinker, but to cut back on caffeine, I’ve completely given it up for now. I wake up pretty early, and my mornings tend to be hectic, so I’ve been missing that coffee boost.

To replace it, I found this apple-ginger juice recipe that’s been perfect. It’s super customizable, so you can adjust it to your taste. I usually use two apples, cut into pieces to make juicing easier, and a chunk of ginger that I peel.
