Frankincense is probably one of my favorite essential oils. Frankincense comes from the Boswellia tree. The current Frankincense oil I am using is from Prime Natural and is from the Boswellia Serrata tree. I use Prime Natural because they are USDA Certified Organic, 100% Pure Essential Oil and GMO Free. I received a free bottle to review of the Frankincense from Prime Natural. This is such a powerful and beautiful smelling oil. It is a woodsy type of scent would be the best way to describe it. Frankincense is a very strong and powerful scent. It is also a perfect scent for fall and winter. I use frankincense in many of my essential oil diffuser blends.Frankincense is also known for it's ability to help fight the signs of aging as well. It is used in many skincare products too.
Some of my favorite ways to use Frankincense:
*Add a drop to my moisturizer
* Make a roller ball with Frankincense Essential Oil and a carrier oil to keep on the go
*Add a few drops on my diffuser alone or with other essential oils
*Apply to a scar to help assist in healing
*Apply a couple drops to bottom of feet
*Simply uncap body and inhale
